Parents & Students,
We are having "Falcon Days" this year on August 24 (Seniors), 25 (Juniors), and 26(Sophomores).  Falcon Days was developed to provide communication as well as an efficient back to school process.  We want to thank you in advance for working with us as we develop systems to make things even better at WHS.  These days will include items such as school pictures, PTSA information, parking, student handbook distribution, and initial schedule pickup.  Payment for PTSA membership, pictures, and school fines/fees can also be done at this time.  Please remember that separate checks are needed for each of these groups (PTSA, Dorian, and WHS) since they each are a different entity.  For those of you who like to plan ahead, here is the fee schedule for WHS for 2009-10:

Bothell High School has been selected as the site for August WASL Retake for high school students, and Gary Sogn will be the School Assessment Coordinator. Online or phone-in pre-registration is June 8-26. Students will need their State Student Identification (SSID) number to register. Students will receive testing times and locations when they register. The summer testing schedule is as follows:
Aug. 10: Reading
Aug. 11: Math
Aug. 12: Writing, Session 1
Aug. 13: Writing, Session 2
 
A reminder will be provided after the high school spring WASL score reports are made available at the end of May. At that time, you will be provided a link and a phone number for  pre-registration, and the information will also be posted on the district web site.

Yearbooks will be sold August 24th through September 18th, and then again November 23rd through December 18th.  They will not be sold at any other time during the 2009-2010 school year.
