Bothell High School

The Offices will be closed all day on Thurs, July 2 & Friday, July 3 for the holiday weekend. We will also be closed on Thurs, July 9 due to alarm testing.

  Main Office hours for July are Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 12:00pm and closed on Fridays.

The Counseling Office will be closed for the month of July.


There is not a school supply list at the High School level.  Students will be notified by their teachers of any special supplies other than paper, pens, pencils, binders, calculator, etc.

Bothell High does not sell or require a school P.E.
uniform; the students may wear their own clothing.

Are you interested in being a Parent Resource?

In an effort to better connect the BHS community, we are again assembling a "team" of parents to assist in linking future Cougar Parents to BHS for the following school year. We will be making some improvements on our communication from last year, offering the colorful BHS resource brochure and hosting a night for incoming parents in August.

Commitment: - 8-10 hours over the course of the year:
  • One evening in June for training
  • One evening in August for Link night
  • Occasional phone calling or emailing
  • Being available for parent questions

Payoff - Improving culture and climate at BHS:
  • Improving the overall success of all our students.
  • Becoming a better resource to your own student.

Families may apply for free and reduced meals with the Northshore School District at any time during the school year. Family incomes that fall within specified guidelines set by the U.S. Department of Agriculture may qualify. If families qualify they may also be eligible for reduced fees for other school programs such as field trips and participation fees for sports. Applications are available at all schools or by request from the Northshore Food Service Office at 425-408-7822. 
Credit Restoration Policy/Procedures for Bothell High School

 Students with more than 9 excused absences or 2 unexcused absences  for spring semester will need to  appeal for credit restoration.  Information and forms are below. Please note that deadlines and forms are  different for seniors than those for sophomores/juniors.

Students are reminded to read the information carefully and follow all procedures.  Incomplete applications will not be  processed.  Students whose absences are a result of illness should consider turning in a physician note that explains why the  illness resulted in excessive absences. This will help the committee make a more informed decision.

Senior appeal forms will be available beginning Thurs., May 21 and are due by Tues., June 2.
Sophomores & Juniors appeal forms will be available Mon., June 8 and are due by Fri., June 12.

Ticket prices:  Adults - $15.00 Students and Seniors Citizens - $10.00.  Reserved seating for all ages - $20.00.  We will be pre-selling tickets at Bothell High starting on August 19th.  See Ms. Denny at the ASB window.  Tickets are cash only!

If you shop at Albertsons and don't have a  Preferred card and would like one, any checker can help you with that. When you sign up, you can indicate Bothell High School as the recipient. Our ID# is 4 90001 24519 5.

If you have a  Preferred card and would like to sign up for the program, go to the Albertsons website, www.alberstons.com, and click on "In the Community".  From there, go to the Community Partner link. Once you sign in with your Preferred Savings Card # and phone # you will get a Community Partners screen. Click on the "Sign Me Up"  pencil logo.  Use the  ID# listed above for Bothell High School.
